MEMBERSHIP FOR ALL ASSISTANCE (MFA)

At the Y, strengthening the foundation of our community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we work together to invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. We provide support for families and promote positive change overall through our Mission In Action Campaign. When you give to the Y, you help more people move forward.

How to Apply

Stop by the Member Services Desk at any YMCA of the Fox Cities location and inquire about Membership For All. A Member Services staff will determine your rate and set up your payment plan. 

Eligibility for financial assistance will be determined by our staff after a review of your application. The length of the program assistance will be reviewed every 6-12 months. 

The YMCA of the Fox Cities reserves the right to request financial documentation. 

The YMCA of the Fox Cities reserves the right to accept only qualifying applicants.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Bank draft (need official bank documentation)
  • Credit card draft
  • Annual payment

Joiner Fees are waived for MFA members.

Program and Child Care Assistance

  • To be eligible for child care assistance, parents/guardians need to be employed or enrolled in school. 
  • If you are applying for assistance at a licensed child care site, you will need to apply to the County/Wisconsin Shares prior to applying for MFA through the Y.
  • The percentage of assistance applied to programs and child care is based on a sliding scale.
  • A maximum of 40% program and child care assistance is available.
  • Child care assistance, if applicable, is good for a maximum of 6 months.
